As a dedicated health and nutrition professional, my mission is to empower you to take ownership of your well-being and achieve your health goals with confidence. Whether that be challenging your PCOS, or managing your kidney disease and diabetes, or working with a picky toddler while simultaneously being pregnant/postpartum, I get you. I believe in an honest, personalized approach that prioritizes sustainable lifestyle changes over quick fixes.

With almost 10 years of experience, I know wellness isn’t just about a diagnosis—it’s about you as a whole person! As a certified and licensed registered dietitian in Texas, I’m here to make your health journey feel less like a chore and more like an exciting step toward feeling your best. 

Some of you are here because of a doctor referral and some of you are here because you want to learn about nutrition, you want to be healthier, or you're already pretty good about your health but you've hit a bump on the road and need that extra support and accountability. Whatever the reason, we are all trying to uncover a healthier version of ourselves. 

I’m all about helping you take back control of your health with a food-as-medicine approach that actually works for you. In our first session, we’ll chat about your diet, health challenges, daily habits, exercise routine, and overall lifestyle—it’s like a deep dive into you. Then, we’ll team up to create a realistic, feel-good plan that tackles your symptoms and gets you living your best, healthiest life. Let’s do this and make it fun and doable!

Starting your health journey is NOT LINEAR and it can become to feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I take pride in understanding your unique perspective because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you every step of the way.

I’ve been through it all—eating disorders, thyroid issues, postpartum challenges, breastfeeding struggles, body dysmorphia, high-risk child diagnoses, depression, nutrient deficiencies, and the ups and downs of exercise. Phew! I get how exhausting it is to navigate your health or care for loved ones while feeling like you’ve lost control. Someone once told me, “Why bother eating healthy? We’re all going to die anyway.” But for me, it’s about living a life where I’m not constantly tired, in pain, or out of breath. I want to age gracefully, feel my best with minimal symptoms (we can only control so much as we age, circle of life right?), and set a healthy example for my family.
